Schenectady man faces ninth DWI

— Rotterdam police on Wednesday, Oct. 17, arrested Kenneth Conner, 54, of 139 Elder St., Schenectady, and charged him with felony DWI and an equipment violation. Police said Conner allegedly had a BAC of 0.15 percent and this makes his ninth DWI arrest over the past 34 years. Conner was arraigned by Judge Kevin Mercoglan in Rotterdam Town Court and remanded to Schenectady County jail.
